The problem is...Eli Gordon from KTS [another vile lawyer] told Housing in 2013 that the property was classified as "condos" and that we were exempt from SCEP inspections. This is likely why you never saw an annual inspection until 2024. Where was the $12,000 a year going? To the investors? Seems like sometime in 2023 they wanted to get approved for low income housing units so they NEEDED to change the status to "apartments."
9/2023: CHANGE USE FROM(E) CONDO-RETAIL-GARAGE-RESTAURANT TO APARTMENT/RETAIL/GARAGE/RESTAURANT PER COO 19016-20000-23662 DATED 2023. Will we get a refund? Don't hold your breath. Wonder how any of them come to work every day without fearing charges or lawsuits.
