WE NEED YOUR HELP

We really need your help.  Between February 2023 and September 2023 a very alarming Hispanic temporary maintenance tech entered many of our units.  Women reported the following about him:

• Inquired about photos in their home
• Inquired about their marital status
• Commented on how pretty they are
• Complimented their toe nail polish
• Suggested an OnlyFans page for their feet
• Boasted about his gang affiliations
• Showed off his bullet wounds
• Told residents [and former staff] that he was shot
• Discussed his desire to have sex with a female tenant but not wanting to lose his job when there was ZERO interest in him
• Aggressive conduct when his advances were rejected like photographing and video taping the resident as she exited and entered the property
• Referenced massage gun by calling it a vibrator
• Discussed his prison time

When Legacy and upper management were told they took steps to keep him near the woman he was intimidating for MONTHS. When video was asked to be preserved, Robyn alleged it was "accidentally deleted."  They then offered him a full time job at The Essence around the block. Women from The Essence also reported that he was sending improper text messages.  He appears to try and get tenant phone numbers mostly from women.  This is scary and intimidating conduct all permitted under Deanna O'Brien, Annette Lemmo and Christina Jones. Names you likely don't know but are involved in our tenancies. A lawyer named Justin Bubion helped orchestrate the move to The Essence. When you act from hate and put others in harm's way you are a management company that must leave this building. 

With all the open security doors Legacy refuses to repair it is very easy for him to get in here.  

If you have ANY information as to any resident who went through similar harassment at Triana or The Essence...please let us know.  It is the ONLY way to stop him. So while you might be afraid of him, the police can get involved to protect us - if we remain silent he will hurt others. He is going to be sued but litigation will drag on for years so the more that speak up the sooner we can keep him away. 

For unknown reasons Kyle Dupree is not DEMANDING he stay away from the property. Legacy literally REWARDED him with a job and paid a fee for him to their temp agency, InterSolutions.  They are certifiable and never did their own background check on him or any men that are sent to our building.
